Return Policy
7-Day Return Window
We accept returns on new, unused tools within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund without restock fee. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
( Example of 7-day return window: item arrives on Dec. 1st, the last day to qualify for the return window will be Dec. 8th)
Items returned due to insufficient address or failure to pick up are automatically refunded less our original shipping cost.
Warranties
All tools include manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms. Contact us if you need assistance starting a warranty claim.
All warranties exclude general wear and tear and misuse.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in new or like-new condition
- Include all original parts, manuals, and packaging
- Have a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Items returned after the 7-day return window will be charged a 15% restock fee
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the issue and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Items returned to us without prior authorization may not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
